When you are working with sticky-notes there are some extra features you can use.
Place a sticky-note on a briefings-item (product) and click on the placed sticky to open it. You will see some icons behind the 'Briefing item ID'.

When you click on the first icon you can instantly edit the briefing of this item, in the briefing edit screen that opens.

When you click on the second icon you can remove the link to the briefing item.
This way you can place a sticky-note with a general note or correction.

If you want to restore the link with the briefing item you can click on the 'link' icon.

Then in the briefings-item screen of that page you can link the sticky note again.

If you want to link the sticky-note to another briefing item you can click on the 'link' icon.

Then in the briefings item screen of that page you can link the sticky-note to another briefing item .

Clicking on the 'Briefing item changelog' icon enable you to see the log of that sticky- note.

In the screen which opens next to the sticky-note you can see the changes/corrections that have been indicated.

Clicking on the 'Sticky-note comments' icon enable you to see the comments/remarks/questions of that sticky-note. When you place a comment on a sticky-note, the owner of that sticky will get an e-mail of your comment.

In the screen which opens next to the sticky-note you can give a comment on the sticky and also see the comments/remarks/questions that have been indicated.
