When you have a technical problem, please go to the support user of your team and he or she will contact our support team for further help.

When you have a question about how Relayter works you can use the search function of Relayter.

Please click the search button on the bottom right corner of the screen and there will open up a search window.

Then fill in a word that you want to search for in our help database, for example 'briefing' and click the green arrow. It will give you the articles where the word 'briefing' is used and you can find the article that you wish to read. Click on that article.

Now you can read the article.

We do our very best to put as much information and step-by-step guides up on our help center as we can. But if you can't find the answer you are looking for or you want to speak to one of our reps, no worries! We are here for you.

If you are an existing customer and like to send us an e-mail instead, you can do that as well via support@relayter.com.
